Never reversed
Going On Hold, pausing, or churning does not demote the tier. A returning Champion is still a Champion.
Separate from all other dimensions
A Champion can be On Hold. A Rising Star can be fully Engaged. Tier is completely independent.
Open: Maintenance minimum
Suggested: 1 touchpoint per quarter to stay Engaged. Missing it auto-advances to quiet_1. Does NOT affect tier.
